The machine was designed according to specific customer requirements, to convey products with predefined and constant dimensions. The products are cylindrical elements with a diameter of approximately 50 mm. They are received at the rear of the loading conveyor: in particular, a robot implemented by the customer positions them on aluminium pallets attached to chain links. In two specific positions, the pallets are stopped and centred by pneumatic cylinders placed under the belt, equipped with centring tips. At the end of the loading conveyor, the products are picked up by the robot and released onto the discharge conveyor chute, in two different lanes according to quality criteria The machine is equipped with wheels for manual insertion and extraction into an existing system, with a tilting system that raises the front pair of wheels. A locking knob ensures the stability of the tilting system.
The machine, designed to the Client's specific requirements, will be used to manually store specific products that will later be processed in automatic mode by other machines. Made with Alutec profile frame, chain conveyor with product housing pockets and corresponding centering device, Cartesian axis manipulator, product picking and positioning gripper.
For a leading packaging company, we designed and built a belt for the pharmaceutical industry, capable of transporting 25,000 tablets per minute. The elevator with a 30-degree incline receives the tablets in a stainless steel hopper, which are subsequently transported to a height of 2.4 meters. A subsequent integration by the customer, arranges the pills in blisters that will be subsequently heat-sealed. - Everything is made of electropolished stainless steel, as required by pharmaceutical industry specifications.
